We examine the flue, firebox, crown, cap and flashing — with a camera when the inside of the flue is in question — so the diagnosis is based on what’s actually there, not a guess.

Explain

You get the findings in plain words: what’s fine, what needs attention, and the honest difference between “fix it now” and “keep an eye on it.”

Fix

We do the right repair for the real problem — cleaning, masonry, water sealing, a liner, a new cap — and tell you truthfully when something needs a permit or a specialist.
